Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in the Middletown, CT area. As an SLPA, you will have the opportunity to provide services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to support their progress.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff to ensure seamless support and progress.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy or a related field.
  • Active or pending state SLPA license.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educational professionals and students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
