POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Clinical Nurse Leader, your exceptional leadership skills will serve as an essential resource for the team, enhancing patient care and guiding staff effectively.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience preferred
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Management: Direct physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff in daily operations, addressing issues and concerns; act as the clinical resource for LPNs, MOAs, and administrative personnel; ensure staff engagement with patients, consistently applying AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You); recognize exemplary staff performance; provide private coaching for underperformance; participate in the recruitment process and ensure adherence to peer interview protocols.
Patient Care: Accountable for achieving practice goals, collaborating closely with triad leadership to enhance patient satisfaction, employee engagement, financial performance, and quality outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.
Issue Resolution: Address concerns promptly during patient rounds; follow up on issues with the lead physician and nurse manager; maintain awareness of high-risk patients and ensure care plans are up-to-date.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
M - Medium Work - Requires exertion of 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; necessitates frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
COMPENSATION RANGE:
$70,000 - $89,045.00
The stated salary range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for successful candidates. It may be adjusted in the future based on various factors including experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contractual agreements.
