About the Role:
The Automotive Service Advisor plays a vital role in the success of our service department, acting as the liaison between customers and our technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. This individual will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating repeat business, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the service technician team to ensure best-in-class service to customers.
- Create work schedules and manage service center workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- ASE Certifications and/or technical school degree preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills essential.
Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
