Road Network Planner

We are a leading road construction authority in Brandenburg, connecting people across the state through our extensive network of roads and bike paths.

Our team is dedicated to planning, building, and managing over 8,300 km of road network and 1,700 km of bike paths, ensuring a safe and efficient transportation system for all.

We are seeking a skilled Road Network Planner to join our Infrastructure and Environment department in the Road Network and Bike Path Planning division at our Hoppegarten location.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing network and demand planning strategies for new, conversion, and expansion measures.
• Creating traffic forecasts, evaluating demand plans and lists, and preparing statistics to inform our planning decisions.
• Collaborating with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Planning to develop concepts for road network planning and contribute to strategic network planning.
• Managing contracts with engineering firms and preparing statements on cross-regional planning by third parties.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in engineering, urban and regional planning, geography, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
