About UsAt Kindred Hospital Bay Area - St. Petersburg, we specialize in long-term acute care, offering a unique blend of clinical expertise and compassionate support. Our facility is designed to cater to patients who require extended recovery periods, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they need.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and oversee patient care through the nursing process, including Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored nursing care plans.
- Effectively communicate any changes in patients' clinical conditions to the appropriate medical staff.
- Engage in the discharge planning process to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
- CRRN certification is a plus.
