The **Assistant Manager** is a key member of the Pie Five Pizza team, responsible for the successful execution of our fast-casual experience. As a leader, you will direct subordinates, oversee all aspects of the operation, and ensure exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Direct and motivate team members to achieve high standards of quality and service.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of all restaurant operations, including recruitment, development, scheduling, forecasting, ordering, inventory management, and performance management.
- Guest Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory control.
- Must be able to stand for periods of up to 11 hours.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time.
