Key Responsibilities
  • Product Preparation: Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and frosting correctly by weighing and measuring ingredients according to instructions and recipes.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all coolers and shelves are kept clean, well-stocked, and product is properly rotated.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Follow established food safety, cleaning, and practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment.
  • Product Knowledge: Be aware of new products and recipes that become available and ensure the accuracy of product mix to meet varied customer dietary needs.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately maintain all documentation as required and monitor, document, and control product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
  • Team Collaboration: Work together with other Team Members to assure all production goals are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and speak basic English.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk at least 8 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Working Conditions

Able to work in temperatures from -10 to 100 degrees. Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation.

What We Offer

Starting wage is commensurate with experience. Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
