Job Overview

Position: Roofing Helper

Salary: Starting at $16.50 per hour based on skills and experience.

  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on various roofing systems, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and sloped tile/shingles. Familiarity with these systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate the ability to complete assigned tasks daily with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work comfortably at heights.
  • Lift weights exceeding 50 lbs regularly, with frequent bending, climbing, and kneeling.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Execute work in alignment with job specifications and safety protocols while maintaining a professional demeanor with clients.
  • Exhibit physical stamina and capability.
  • Adapt to working in both cold and hot weather conditions.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or residential roofing.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Pass a drug screening test.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
