**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in our dishroom.

**Responsibilities**

* Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment
* Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination
* Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a safe and healthy environment
* Set up and organize the dish racks to optimize efficiency and productivity
* Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and maintain a positive work environment

**Requirements**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation guidelines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
