LPN in Psychiatry

At Union Hospital, we are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Psychiatry team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our physicians and staff.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Collaborate with physicians to determine patient needs and develop care plans.
  • Conduct routine physical assessments and contribute to patient care plans.
  • Respect patient rights and provide education to promote self-care and independence.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, and assist with special procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
  • Current LPN license in Indiana.
  • CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification preferred.
