Laboratory Specialist

**Overview**
The Molecular Technologist at Unified Women's HealthCare is responsible for specimen processing, including pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical processes. They participate in documenting and implementing Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) and Quality Improvement (QI).
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans and paid time off.
Job Description- Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Process specimens according to established protocols, including preparation, labeling and storage.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably with molecular techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
