Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Clerk to join our team at Staffmark Investment LLC. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by measuring out animal feed, answering questions about different types of feed, and providing an excellent customer service experience.
  • Stock shelves, restock inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products, including animal feed, grains, and other related items.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Steel-toe boots and ability to lift 50 pounds required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
