As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing enterprise-wide support for our JD Edwards application for the Finance, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Job Cost, and Homebuilder modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements for homebuilding operations.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of JDE solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Manage projects from inception through completion, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and status reporting.
- Provide day-to-day support for JDE applications, troubleshoot issues, and work with IT teams to resolve system problems.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- In-depth knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne applications, including system setup, Financials, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Job Cost.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel related to data manipulation.
- Database and SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $104,400 to $143,700 per year, depending on experience and skillset.
- Annual performance-based cash bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plan.
