Ambulatory Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As an Ambulatory Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a multispecialty clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a community-based ambulatory practice
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct patient assessments and develop plans of care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire
- Completion of an accredited Nursing degree program
- BLS certification
- Clinical experience in a community-based ambulatory practice
- Epic experience preferred
