As part of our commitment to sustainability, our operations include a unique approach to recycling and waste management, transforming various materials into high-quality products. Our initiatives have garnered positive feedback and recognition in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and dispose of waste materials from both interior and exterior locations.
- Maintain clear pathways by removing snow and ice during winter.
- Thoroughly clean and disinfect all restroom facilities, including floors, toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Perform maintenance on bare floors, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Ensure carpeted areas are well-maintained through regular vacuuming and cleaning.
- Sanitize surfaces such as tables, desks, and kitchen appliances, including countertops and coffee machines.
- Restock kitchen supplies, including dishes, utensils, and condiments.
- Maintain cleanliness of walls, fixtures, windows, and glass doors.
- Clear debris from outdoor areas, including green spaces and parking lots.
- Conduct safety inspections of all areas, reporting any issues related to lighting or emergency exits.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Replace light bulbs as needed.
- Identify maintenance needs within the buildings and communicate them to management.
- Respond to urgent cleaning requests as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow.
