Job Summary:

As a Snowmaker at Vail Resorts, you will be responsible for operating snowmaking equipment to create a safe and enjoyable skiing experience for our guests. This is a physically demanding role that requires working in an alpine environment, often in challenging weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate snowmaking equipment to produce high-quality snow
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve snowmaking goals
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Basic hand tool knowledge and skill
  • Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment
