About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grounds and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Personnel Staffing, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and safety of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fixing minor issues, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging drains.
  • Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior and interior common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, as well as landscaping, mowing lawns, and trimming hedges.
  • Trash and Recycling: Ensure that trash and recycling are collected and disposed of properly.
  • Assisting Residents: Provide assistance to residents with tasks such as carrying groceries or bringing in packages.
  • Reporting Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the property manager.
