About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work in a school-based setting, providing essential speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals that cater to each student's unique requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and professionals to support students' progress and communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
