Service Valet

Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a highly professional and dependable Service Valet to join our team. As a Service Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and courteous manner, and assist them to the appropriate advisor or location
• Drive vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
• Install disposable seat covers, floor mats, steering wheel covers, and ID tags in all vehicles brought in for service
• Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and when retrieving after service for lot damage
• Wash, clean, and vacuum vehicles as needed
• Help maintain lot appearance by cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
• Transport customers to and from their home when needed and requested
• Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• No experience necessary; we are willing to train
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
• Highly professional and dependable
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
