  • Ensuring proper documentation from prescribing physicians and submitting it for approval
  • Keeping sales reps updated on patient order status and other necessary information
  • Explain equipment, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients before delivery

We are seeking recent college graduates for this opportunity

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, be detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
