About this Job

As a seasoned Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will provide high-level care to critically ill patients, utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, and implement effective care strategies. Your ability to think critically and work collaboratively as part of a treatment team will be essential in this role.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in the ICU setting
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as requested by the facility/unit
  • An adventurous spirit with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Required
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing services, including nursing interventions and documentation, case finding, health teaching/counseling, and supportive care
  • Participate in staff training, prepare clinical and administrative reports, maintain infection control standards, and function as a member of a treatment team
  • Supervise subordinate staff in the performance of patient care duties and maintain inventory standards for medicine, controlled drugs, and narcotics
