Alliance ABA Therapy is dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with Autism and ADHD. We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with children or adults with special needs. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 HOME-BASED ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. You will also work collaboratively with other professionals from various agencies, including social services, schools, physicians, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior treatment programs as designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect data and complete treatment notes as required
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop effective strategies for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities


The successful candidate will be available to work evenings (4-7pm) and will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, the candidate must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 90 days of employment.

This is a part-time position offering flexible evening and weekend hours. The starting salary is $23.00-$25.00 per hour, with opportunities for annual pay increases.
