We are seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team at Providence Extended Care in Anchorage, Alaska.

About the Job

This 13-week contract is for a Transitional Care Unit Registered Nurse, requiring a strong background in providing high-quality patient care. As a travel nurse with Anders Group, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a transitional care setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Degree: BSN
  • Licensure: Current Alaska RN licensure
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a transitional care setting
  • Certifications: BLS certification

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week and an 8-hour shift schedule.
