Key Responsibilities- Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas
- Operate cleaning solutions and hand tools to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform daily tasks, including cleaning work areas, trash removal, and completing paperwork accurately
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), personal hygiene, and other quality and safety programs
- Work at heights, crawl under equipment, and operate machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in training new employees and perform other duties as assigned
- High school education or equivalent required; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of sanitation experience; experienced working with chemicals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work in hot or cold environments and wear protective clothing and equipment
- $18.04 per hour, with shift differentials for weekend and night shifts
- Up to 15 days of vacation annually and 11 paid company holidays
- Great paid time off benefits, 401(k) match, and health insurance
