Job Title: Project Manager - Stormwater Construction Projects

Job Summary:

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Stormwater Construction Projects in the Southeast region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project support, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of a project, from start to finish, to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
  • Run execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology
  • Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and satisfactory standards of service
  • Supervise progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
  • Work directly with partners and clients to resolve project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure targets are met
  • Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of sales, project management, or project coordinator experience, required
  • Prior experience with Stormwater construction related projects or products, strongly preferred
  • Prior use of CRM Salesforce preferred
  • Experience reading blueprints, building plans or drawings, highly preferred
  • Proven attention to detail coupled with interpersonal skills
  • Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and multitasking skills needed, including the ability to balance multiple, urgent requests
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver, and self-sufficient
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to function optimally without daily oversight from management

Pay Range:

  • $4, $9,716.
