Project Support:
Stay informed about project systems and services relevant to your responsibilities, while also contributing to process improvements and best practices.

Prepare necessary documentation using standard software tools to facilitate work activities. Follow established procedures to process various tasks and maintain project databases.

Gather and compile information, such as status updates, for project supervisors and team members as required. Implement procedures and provide training to personnel regarding automated systems.

Review and resolve daily project support tasks, ensuring compliance with records assessments. Maintain and track files within project management systems, and assist in generating project reports as directed.

Attendance and Compliance:
Exhibit punctuality and a reliable attendance record in accordance with project guidelines. Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with Bechtel's critical requirements.

Participate in regular meetings to discuss project quality and safety standards. Validate information submitted by supervisors and assist with inspections as needed.

Qualifications:
Requires an associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years in a relevant field, or 5-8 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree. NACE CIP Level 1 certification is mandatory, while Level 2 certification is preferred.

Possess knowledge of Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) regulations relevant to the role. Demonstrate technical expertise in protective coatings application and inspection within industrial or marine environments.

Familiarity with industry standards such as NACE, SSPC, and ISO is essential. Strong time management, communication, and computer skills are required, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.

Ability to navigate 3D modeling software is a plus.
