Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical nutrition program, including menu management and daily meal rounding
  • Provide supervision, training, and development to a team of Registered Dietitians and hourly patient services associates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
  • Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management activities
  • Represent Sodexo on hospital-wide committees
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) certification
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in acute care management and/or as a lead
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
