Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team at Walmart. As a Project Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations, working with store associates to complete projects on schedule.
  • Travel frequently, up to 1000 miles from home, for extended periods of time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and design managers, to provide feedback and identify design changes.
  • Monitor sales and project budgets, assessing the economic and customer experience impacts of project decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • 6 months retail experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leading a cross-functional team.
  • Masters: Business.
  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute) - Certification.
