About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Agent with The Auto Club Group, you will be responsible for generating new sales, retaining existing members, and growing our overall book of business through our multiple product offerings. You will work closely with our team to identify customer-specific needs, develop effective sales strategies, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use advanced sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs and generate new sales
  • Effectively overcome objections to close sales and retain existing insureds
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and assigned by your manager
  • Conduct insurance reviews for clients to identify suitable products and provide recommendations
  • Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend products, and issue policies
  • Engage in market-based interactions to solicit new business, build relationships, and promote the AAA brand

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Active Life Insurance Sales license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products and AAA Life Insurance
