Speech Language Pathologist - Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Helena, AR. In this vital role, you will make a tangible difference in the lives of students by providing exceptional speech therapy services within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering expert insights and guidance to develop appropriate educational strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and diligently track student progress over time.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a closely related field.
  • Current Arkansas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations and/or within a school setting is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
