Key Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen team, responsible for:

  • Efficiently washing and sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
  • Assisting with cleaning, stocking, and organizing items as needed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dishwashing area and equipment.
  • Supporting the team during peak service times as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or high-volume food service environments.
  • Preferred experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role.
  • Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

Possession of an approved Food Handler's Card and appropriate footwear prior to commencing work.

Work Environment:

  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and conditions typical of food service environments.
