Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Consultant to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the proper compounding and dispensation of medications, and supporting the efficient workflow of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Operations: Counsel patients, perform pharmacist tasks, and ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations and company policies.
  • People & Performance Management: Assist with staff hiring and training, promote teamwork, and foster employee development.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree from an accredited institution
  • Pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities
  • Certified Immunizer or willingness to become an immunizer
