Savio House is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Multisystemic Therapist to join our team. As a Multisystemic Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting youth and families by strengthening relationships and decreasing delinquent type behaviors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-home therapy services to youth and families in the Denver metro area
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to leverage change and support family relationships
- Implement the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, a scientifically proven treatment approach that targets youth 12-17 who are exhibiting delinquent type behaviors
- Conduct therapy sessions in the community and in family's homes, using behavioral, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing techniques
- Manage a small, intensive caseload of 4-6 families and meet weekly for group supervision and expert consultation
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- DORA registration to provide therapy, such as LPCC, MFTC, or SWC
- Flexibility and self-motivation, with a passion for engaging parents struggling with teens' behavioral issues
- Competitive salary: $57,000 (starting with candidacy), $60,000 (starting licensed), and $62,000 (starting MA bilingual)
- Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role
