Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Diverse Staffing. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing assembly, fitting, filing, reaming, riveting, crimping, swarging, adjusting, and inspection tasks. You will also assist in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of returned or salvaged units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly and inspection tasks with high precision and accuracy
  • Assist in the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of returned or salvaged units
  • Detect defective or incorrect parts and request replacements
  • Assist in the setup of equipment
Requirements
  • Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and drawings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable standing or moving for the full shift
  • Teamwork and cooperative mindset
  • Punctual and ready to work
