Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their commercial insurance needs.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new clients and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a strong background in account management and client relationships.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and carriers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Property and Casualty License required.
