Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and timely manner, providing them with the best possible shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, including pet food, toys, and accessories.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and pet enclosures.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including heavy lifting up to 55lbs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for working with animals.
