  • Key responsibilities will include building assemblies of small and delicate components, collaborating with engineering teams, and documenting production data.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will have a solid track record of stable work history, relevant assembly experience in a manufacturing setting, and the following qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Solid work history with minimal absenteeism.
  • Ability to handle and assemble complex fiber components.
  • Visual acuity, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity required.
  • English language competency commensurate with the duties.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug test.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum depending on experience.
