Job Title: Group Fitness Instructor

At UFC GYM, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead our group exercise classes. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging workout environment for our members.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop a variety of exercise routines that cater to different fitness levels and interests.
  • Lead group exercise classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience for all participants.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with participants, providing guidance and support throughout the class.
  • Monitor participant progress and make adjustments to the class as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and sanitized.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop new class formats and programs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Current Group Fitness certification (e.g. ACE, AFAA, or NASM).
  • Experience leading group exercise classes, preferably in a gym or fitness studio setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
