As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including MRI machines, to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information, exam results, and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist or related field
- Strong knowledge of imaging equipment, including MRI machines, and ability to operate and maintain them safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
