Role Responsibilities:
The Behavior Support Specialist will engage directly with families in their homes, delivering personalized behavioral instruction and support. This role is ideal for individuals interested in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education, or Therapy, offering a chance to make a significant impact on the lives of families and children with autism or other disabilities. Embark on your career in the ABA field with us and play a crucial role in enhancing lives.

Key Duties:
  • Deliver individualized programs in clients' homes (Training will be provided)
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and energy while working with children
  • Accurately collect and document client progress data
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Review example materials prior to the interview process
Qualifications:
  • Positive, engaging, and enthusiastic demeanor when working with children
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively
  • Dependable and willing to engage with diverse clients
  • Experience with individuals with disabilities is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Behavioral knowledge or experience is preferred but not essential
  • RBT certification is beneficial but not required (support provided for certification)
Requirements:
  • Availability for a consistent weekly schedule, typically afternoons/evenings with some morning/weekend shifts
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
