Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at SunRidge Management Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, presenting the features and benefits of our properties, and securing lease agreements from qualified individuals.

• Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents meet.
• Inspect models and make ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call whether it is a prospect call, irate resident, service request, etc.
• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the community and specific apartment(s) while pointing out features and benefits.

• Must have complete knowledge of Fair Housing Compliance laws or attend Fair Housing Training within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must have complete knowledge of lease contract, application, and other addenda.
• Must have complete knowledge of SunRidge policy and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Operations Manual.

Indoors, frequently outdoors, in all weather conditions. Occasional exposure to paint fumes, solvents, adhesives, etc.
