Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient exams and evaluations, including physical exams and review of medical history and records
  • Order and review diagnostic testing, labs, and bloodwork
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
  • Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
  • Treat patients with compassion and empathy, and document patient interactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with medical providers and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New York
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
