About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse with Baptist Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Your duties will include:
- Providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition
- Embracing and upholding the hospital's mission statement
- Educating patients and families to their disease process and plan of care
- Interacting with physicians and other departments within the hospital
- Coordinating care provided by ancillary services
- Acting as the patient advocate
- Participating in staff meetings and other unit activities

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Associate's Degree - Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
- Certified Emergency Registered Nurse (CEN) certification (preferred)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course Certification (TNCC) certification (preferred)
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification (preferred)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred)
- Conscious Sedation Certification (preferred)
