Qualifications

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform exceptional tune-ups and cleaning on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits.
  • Engage comfortably with customers, discussing system conditions, enhancements, and indoor air quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of verifiable HVAC service experience.
  • EPA certification Core and Type 2, with advanced knowledge of electrical, refrigerant, and airflow diagnostics.
  • Valid driver's license with minimal points.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, including ductwork and furnaces.
