Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule plant production to maximize productivity and optimize resource utilization.
  • Supervise and direct production crews, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and report daily production, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and plant performance metrics.
  • Ensure material production meets quality control standards and optimize reserve usage.
  • Schedule plant and mobile repair and maintenance, ensuring proper staffing levels for efficient operations.
  • Promote safe work habits and lead daily tailgate meetings to ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Requirements
  • 5 years of work experience in aggregate production or at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating shift schedules and extended periods of time on your feet.
