**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Processing insurance claims and following up with clients to resolve any issues promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Detailed-oriented and able to multitask, handling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
