Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educating patients and families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • A valid Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS certification - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS certification - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • National Provider NRP certification - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
  • No less than 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $66,040-$104,560, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
