We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TRX Coach to join our team at the TRX Training Center in Delray Beach, Florida. As a TRX Coach, you will be responsible for leading TRX training sessions and classes, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere for our members. You will work closely with the sales team to convert memberships and build lasting relationships with members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead TRX training sessions and classes in a dynamic and engaging manner.
  2. Create a captivating experience for our members, incorporating TRX's movement-focused coaching approach.
  3. Develop and implement content programming for in-class delivery and consumption by the wider TRX audience.
  4. Collaborate with the Education, Marketing, and Sales departments to effectively distribute TRX content across social media platforms.
  5. Work closely with fellow TRX Training Center coaches to provide input on programming, coaching techniques, and the overall class experience.
  6. Assist in converting potential members into paying customers by providing insights and recommendations during sales.
  7. Participate in sales meetings and discussions to align coaching efforts with the studio's sales objectives.
