We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Operations Specialist to join our team at Brilliance Cyber Systems INC. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms for surgical procedures.
  • Ensure all equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and stocked.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
  • Provide support during surgery by passing instruments and supplies.
  • Track and manage surgical supplies.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses, and other surgical team members to provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) is required.
  • Must be certified as a Surgical Technician (CST).

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week, with a 3-month term. The shift timings are 06:30-19:00 hours, Monday to Friday, with 3 days of 12 hours per week.
