Certification and Experience Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a strong background in medical-surgical care to join our team at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a trauma level II setting, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to adults with a range of medical conditions, including respiratory illnesses, stroke, and neurological disorders.
  • Manage patient charts and documentation using EPIC, our electronic health record system.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • WI RN License
  • BLS Certification
  • 12-hour day shifts, with flexibility to float to other inpatient units as needed.
  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation.
